Gearrate's workflow makeover: bringing tasks and chat together to save time

Gearrate was using two different apps for tasks and chatting, and this made work slow and confusing. The team had to switch back and forth between the task app and the chat app, which cost them a lot of time. They struggled to link messages with tasks, and important updates were often missed. This meant that the team found it hard to stay organized and work fast.

We built a custom app in Bubble that brings both task management and messaging into one easy-to-use tool. The app syncs with Trello so that any change made in our app shows up immediately in Trello, and vice versa. It also syncs with Discord, so messages flow back and forth without a hitch. We added features like drag and drop tasks, screen recording, drawing on a whiteboard, and many ways to add details to tasks. This simple and smart solution helped Gearrate keep all their work in one place.

With the new system, Gearrate now works faster and saves a lot of time. The team no longer has to jump between different apps, so they stay focused on what matters. All tasks and messages are organized in one spot, which makes the work clear and simple. This change has made a big difference in how quickly and smoothly the team can get their work done.
