GlazingHub's home order upgrade: building smart multi-step forms and dashboards for faster orders

GlazingHub needed a way for customers to create orders online through a multi-step form. They wanted a system where a customer could choose whether they needed windows, bifolds, and/or lanterns, and then see more questions based on their choice. There was no ready-made solution that could do this, and even other Bubble agencies could not build what they needed. This made it hard for GlazingHub to offer a smooth online ordering process.

We built a new feature into their existing app that uses a multi-step form to guide customers through placing an order. When a customer starts an order, they first pick what they need, and then the form shows more questions just for that choice. We also updated both the customer and admin dashboards to make the order process smooth and clear. Other features like an activity log were added to help keep track of everything in one place.

With the new system, customers can now place orders online in a simple, step-by-step way. The updated dashboards give both customers and admins a clear view of all orders, making the process fast and easy. GlazingHub now has a smooth, organized system that helps everyone get what they need without any hassle.
